Your quote is sent to our sister company Tomorrowmade. Tomorrowmade operates a verified carrier network and the quotes are powered by GreenScreens.ai (at the bottom of this page is a white paper on how they use LLMs).

So we use AI to give you an instant quote, you can then accept that quote and a freight representative will begin working with you to make sure your entire freight process is seamless. The entire vision behind this was - book with a click but keep high level service.

Here's the technical verbiage you will get when you accept a rate:

By confirming this rate request, the lane details and your contact information will be passed along to our freight partner, Tomorrowmade, to fulfill your order. If this transaction requires any accessorial, the total cost may change. You should expect to receive correspondence from a Tomorrowmade representative within 30 minutes if booking within business hours of 8AM-8PM EST. If this is your first time booking through Matium, a Tomorrowmade representative will assist you with onboarding before confirming a booked truck.
